自我效能在中重度手外伤患者生活质量与心理弹性间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨中重度手外伤患者生活质量、心理弹性与自我效能的相关性,研究自我效能在生活质量与心理弹性间是否存在中介效应。方法 采用SF-36健康调查简表、心理弹性量表和一般自我效能感量表对2022年6月—2023年5月衡阳市某三甲医院手足外科住院的268例中重度手外伤患者进行问卷调查,并采用SPSS25.0和AMOS28.0统计软件进行数据整理和分析。结果 中重度手外伤患者生活质量得分为60.40±14.63分,心理弹性得分为59.07±15.95分,自我效能得分为21.29±5.60分。生活质量、心理弹性和自我效能均呈正相关(P<0.01),自我效能在中重度手外伤患者生活质量和心理弹性间起到部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的29.69%。结论 医务人员应重视患者的生活质量,可以通过相应措施提高患者的心理弹性或自我效能,从而改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the correlation between quality of life,psychological resilience and self-efficacy in patients with moderate to severe hand injuries,and to study whether self-efficacy has a mediating effect between quality of life and psychological flexibility.Methods SF-36 health survey short form,psychological resilience scale and general self-efficacy scale were used to conduct questionnaires on 268 patients with moderate to severe hand injuries who were hospitalized in the hand and foot surgery department of a tertiary hospital in Hengyang city from June 2022 to May 2023.Using SPSS25.0 and AMOS28.0 statistical software for data collection and analysis.Results The quality of life score of patients with moderate to severe hand trauma was 60.40±14.63 points,the psychological flexibility score was 59.07±15.95points,and the self-efficacy score was 21.29±5.60 points.Quality of life,psychological resilience and self-efficacy were all positively correlated(P<0.01).Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between quality of life and psychological flexibility in patients with moderate to severe hand injuries,with the mediating effect accounting for 29.69% of the total effect.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to patients' quality of life and can improve patients' psychological flexibility or self-efficacy through corresponding measures,thereby improving patients' quality of life.
