摘　　要：目的 探讨养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者自我和谐水平及其影响因素。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月广东省15所养老机构的老年2型糖尿病患者237例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、自我和谐量表、自尊量表和社会支持评定量表进行调查和测评。结果 养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者自我和谐得分116.11±20.00分;多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、糖尿病病程、自尊、社会支持总分进入回归方程,可预测50.2%的总变异。结论 养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者自我和谐为低水平,文化程度、糖尿病病程、自尊和社会支持是影响养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者自我和谐水平的因素。医护人员应重视评估老年2型糖尿病患者自我和谐水平,重点关注文化程度低和糖尿病病程长的患者,并制定措施提升患者自尊和社会支持水平,从而提高其自我和谐水平。Objective To explore the self-harmony level and influencing factors among elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in pension institutions.Methods To select 237 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in 15 pension institutions in Guangdong province from January 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects,and the general situation questionnaire,self-harmony scale,self-esteem scale and social support rating scale were used for investigation and evaluation.Results The self-harmony score of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in nursing homes was 116.11±20.00 points;multiple linear regression analysis showed that the total score of education level,diabetes duration,self-esteem,and social support entered the regression equation and could predict 50.2% of the total variation.Conclusion The self-harmony level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in pension institutions was low,and education level,diabetes duration,self-esteem and social support were factors that affected the selfharmony level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in nursing homes.Medical staff should pay attention to assessing the self-harmony level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,focusing on patients with low education and long duration of diabetes,and develop measures to improve patients' self-esteem and social support levels,thereby improving their self-harmony level.
