摘  要:为改善聚氨酯材料综合性能,利用烷基胺功能化石墨烯(GO-ODA)与聚氨酯预聚体原位聚合制备石墨烯/聚氨酯(GO-ODA/CPUE)复合材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料化学结构、断面形态进行了研究,通过拉伸性能、静态接触角测量等方法研究了GO-ODA对复合材料的力学性能、耐水性能的影响。结果表明,GO-ODA可均匀分散于聚氨酯,两者相容性明显改善。适量加入GO-ODA可提高复合材料的拉伸强度,当GO-ODA质量分数为0.04%时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到30.7 MPa,比纯聚氨酯提高了24.0%。GO-ODA的加入提升了复合材料的疏水性能和耐水性能,当GO-ODA质量分数为0.08%时,复合材料的静态接触角比纯聚氨酯增加了9.5°,耐水性能提高了9.7%。Graphene/polyurethane(GO-ODA/CPUE)composite materials were prepared by in-situ polymerization with alkylamine functionalized graphene(GO-ODA)and polyurethane prepolymers to improve the comprehensive performance of polyurethane materials.The chemical structure and fracture surface of composite materials were studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The influence of GO-ODA on the mechanical properties and water resistance of composite materials was studied through mechanical properties tests and static contact angle measurement.The results indicate that GO-ODA could be uniformly dispersed in polyurethane,and the compatibility is significantly improved.Adding an appropriate amount of GO-ODA can improve the tensile strength of the composite material.When the amount of GO-ODA is 0.04%,the tensile strength of the composite material reaches 30.7 MPa,which is 24.0%higher than that of pure polyurethane.The addition of GO-ODA improves the hydrophobicity and water resistance of the composite material.When the amount of GO-ODA is 0.08%,the static contact angle of the composite material increases by 9.5° comparing to pure polyurethane,and the water resistance improves by 9.7%.
