摘 要:为鉴别真伪可生物降解塑料制品,本文利用傅里叶红外光谱技术、热裂解-气相色谱串联质谱技术、受控工业堆肥技术,对7种塑料样品进行真伪可生物降解塑料鉴别。红外光谱技术结合热裂解-气相色谱串联质谱技术分析,可准确地鉴别共混塑料制品主要组成成分,但无法确定样品是否为可生物降解塑料。通过受控堆肥技术进一步分析了样品的生物降解率,结合ISO 14855-1:2012的要求,对样品是否属于可生物降解塑料制品进行了判定。本研究可为真伪可生物降解塑料制品的鉴别提供技术支撑,对可生物降解塑料产业的健康发展具有一定的促进作用。To identify the authenticity of biodegradable plastic product,seven kinds of plastic were identified as biodegradable plastic by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and composting method.The principle components of biodegradable plastics blends were identified accurately by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)combined with pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PY-GC-MS).But these methods could not be determined as biodegradable plastic.Hence,the degradation percentage of samples was analyzed further by composting method,the samples whether belong to biodegradable plastic were determined according to ISO 14855-1:2012.This study provides technical support for the identification of biodegradable plastic products,and plays a role in promoting the healthy development of the biodegradable plastic industry.
