摘  要:CO_(2)驱因具有原油体积膨胀、降黏、降低界面张力以及萃取置换等作用及良好的油藏适用性,目前已成为国内外油田三次采油主要技术之一。从2017年长庆油田在姬塬黄3区块开展了CO_(2)驱先导试验,针对注采过程中混相、流度控制、井筒防腐等关键技术问题,开展了注采井管柱完整性、防腐防垢、气窜治理、高气液比举升等技术研究与关键材料设备研发应用,初步形成了适合长庆低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱注采工艺配套技术。文章全面总结了长庆CO_(2)驱注采工艺技术研究现状,分析了CO_(2)驱工业化应用面临的技术挑战,提出CO_(2)驱注采工艺技术下一步研究攻关方向。CO_(2)flooding has become one of the main enhanced oil recovery technologies in domestic and foreign oilfields,because of its mechanism of crude oil volume expansion,viscosity reduction,surface tension reduction,extraction displacement and good reservoir applicability.Through a series of experiments,Changqing oilfield carried out a pilot test of CO_(2)flooding in Jiyuan Huang 3 block since 2017.Aiming at key technical issues such as miscibility,mobility control and wellbore corrosion prevention in the injection and production process,it has carried out technical research and development and application of key materials and equipment such as the wellbore integrity of injection and production wells,corrosion and scaling prevention,gas channeling management and high gas-liquid ratio lifting.Changqing oilfield has formed the matching technology of CO_(2)flooding injection and production technology for low permeability reservoir.The article summarizes the current research status of CO_(2)flooding technology and analyzes the technical challenges facing the industrial application of CO_(2)flooding.The next research direction for CO_(2)flooding injection production technology in the future will be proposed.
