摘 要:长庆油田东部区域漏层为刘家沟组、石千峰组、石盒子组,均存在不同程度的漏失,严重制约着钻井提速,宜川气田井漏尤为严重,主要漏失原因为刘家沟组地层承压能力低,石千峰组纵向与横向裂缝发育、地层破碎,石盒子组上部泥岩夹砂岩,地质交界性差。为此,本文基于宜川区块地层特点及漏失分析,研发了一套适宜多层位随机性漏失地层防漏堵漏技术,该技术分两步,第一步采用低密度强抑制强封堵微囊泡钻井液体系快速钻穿多套漏层,第二步采用低密度纤维可固化堵漏工作液对多套漏层集中堵漏。该技术成功在现场应用,有效解决该区域多层位随机性漏失技术难题,效果显著。The leakage layers in the eastern region of Changqing oilfield are the Liujiagou formation,Shiqianfeng formation and Shihezi formation,with different degrees of leakage,which seriously restricts drilling speed.The Yichuan gasfield has particularly severe well leakage,mainly due to the low pressure bearing capacity of the Liujiagou formation,the development of longitudinal and transverse fractures,and the fragmentation of the Shiqianfeng formation.The upper mudstone of the Shihezi formation is sandwiched with sandstone,and the geological boundary is poor.Therefore,based on the geological characteristics and leakage analysis of the Yichuan block,this article has developed a set of suitable multi-layer random leakage prevention and plugging technology.This technology consists of two steps,the first step is to use a low density,strong inhibition and strong sealing micro bubble drilling fluid system to quickly drill through multiple sets of leakage layers,and the second step is to use a low density fiber curable plugging working fluid to centrally plug multiple sets of leakage layers.This technology has been successfully applied in the field,effectively solving the problem of multi-layer random leakage technology in the area,with significant results.
