摘  要:油田加热炉是原油集输的关键设备之一,加热炉的输出温度决定了原油的外输温度和三相分离器的分离温度,直接影响原油外输和油水分离。加热炉的性能主要取决于以下两个方面:一是设计计算为最关键的环节,特别是热工计算更是决定加热炉热效率、烟气排放达标的主要因素。二是加工制造过程,也是影响加热炉性能的重要因素。本文从油田加热炉设计热工计算通常采用的人工编写Excel表格和伯勒工业锅炉设计计算软件,两种方法进行比较,提出了存在的问题,分析了两种方法的优劣,为加热炉设计人员提供参考。The oilfield heater is one of the key equipment of crude oil gathering and transportation.The output temperature of heating furnace determines the external transport temperature of crude oil and the separation temperature of three-phase separator,which directly affects the external transport of crude oil and the separation of oil and water.The performance of the heating furnace mainly depends on the following two aspects.First,the design calculation is the most critical link,especially the thermal calculation is the main factor to determine the heating furnace thermal efficiency and flue gas emission standards.The second is the processing and manufacturing process,which is also an important factor affecting the performance of the heating furnace.In this paper,the oilfield heating furnace design thermal calculation usually used by manual preparation of Excel table and Boller industrial boiler design calculation software,the two methods are compared,put forward the existing problems,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,for heating furnace design personnel to provide reference.
