摘 要:渤海油田浅层大位移井垂深浅、水平位移大,存在地层孔隙压力和漏失压力之间“窗口”狭窄,地层易压漏、低温、大斜度段水泥浆沉降稳定性差,水泥石强度发展缓慢,容易发生气窜等难题,对固井水泥浆的综合性能要求较高,固井质量难以保证。针对上述问题,提出了新型双凝防漏水泥浆技术,领浆采用生物质混合材料,结合纳米液体减轻剂(W60L),形成了密度1.40~1.60 g/cm^(3)生物质-纳米低密度水泥浆体系。尾浆采用常规密度水泥浆体系,辅以纳米增强防窜剂(GS12S),形成了一套纳米防窜水泥浆体系。通过选择合适的双凝界面高度,精确控制环空水泥浆当量密度,同时加入适量液体纤维,提高了水泥浆防漏能力,前期应用效果良好,具有良好的推广应用前景。Bohai oilfield shallow large displacement well vertical depth is shallow,horizontal displacement is large,there is a narrow"window"between formation pore pressure and leakage pressure,formation pressure easy pressure leakage,low temperature,large slope section of cement slurry settlement stability is poor,cement stone strength development is slow,prone to gas channeling and other problems.The comprehensive performance requirements of cementing cement slurry are high,cementing quality is difficult to guarantee.In view of the above problems,a new type of double-condensing leak-proof cement slurry technology is proposed,which adopts biomass mixed materials and combines the nano liquid reducer(W60L)to form a biomass-nano low-density cement slurry system with a density of 1.40~1.60 g/cm^(3).The tail pulp adopts a conventional density cement slurry system,supplemented by nano-enhanced channel-proof GS12S,forming a set of nano-channel-proof cement slurry system.By selecting the appropriate double condensation interface height,accurately controlling the equivalent density of annular cement slurry,and adding an appropriate amount of liquid fibers,improving the leak-proof ability of cement slurry.The early application effect is good,and it has a good prospect for promotion and application.
