摘  要:针对深层高凝稠油油藏蒸汽注入压力高、热采效果差、现有降黏驱油体系不适配等问题,研发降黏抑凝体系。以单体丙烯酸十八酯(POA)和乙酸乙烯酯(VA)为原料,合成抑凝剂(POA-VA);以多巴胺盐酸盐(DBD)和甲基丙烯酰氯(DOPAMA)为原料合成小相对分子质量降黏剂(DBD-DOPAMA);通过复配方式构建降黏抑凝体系。测试体系稳定性、耐矿化度、耐温性,优选出最佳体系,并开展化学降黏冷采矿场试验。结果表明,降黏抑凝体系具有稳定性高、耐高矿化度和降黏温度范围宽的特点。其中,POA-VA、DBD-DOPAMA和聚甘油-10辛酸酯(P-10C)以质量比40∶50∶10复配所得的体系7降黏抑蜡效果最好。现场应用2井次,提液增油效果明显。To deal with the problems,such as high steam injection pressure,low thermal efficiency,and the incapability of current viscosity reducer system,the viscosity reduction and pour inhibition system is investigated.The pour inhibitor(POA-VA)is synthesized from octadecyl acrylate(POA)and vinyl acetate(VA).The viscosity reducer(DBD-DOPAMA)is synthesized from dopamine hydrochloride(DBD)and methacryloylchloride(DOPAMA).The viscosity reduction and pour inhibition system is further developed by compounding.The stability,mineralization resistance and temperature resistance are tested to select the optimized system,which is used in the pilot tests.The results shows that the optimized system has high stability,mineralization resistance and temperature resistance,in which the system 7 has the best performance with the mass fraction of POA-VA、DBD-DOPAMA and P-10C of 40∶50∶10.The system is applied in two wells in field,leading to obvious increase in liquid and oil production rate.
