摘　　要：为了降低外来流体对低渗储层的水锁伤害,本文以高级脂肪酸和二乙醇胺为原料制备了无氟表面活性剂,并与阳离子表面活性剂(起到分散、稳定作用)和有机硅消泡剂复配形成一种新型无氟防水锁剂。实验研究表明,该防水锁剂能显著降低水溶液的表面张力,使表面张力低于15 mN/m,且具有良好的抗温、耐盐性能。接触角测试实验发现,该防水锁剂改变了砂岩岩心表面的润湿性,使亲水性能转变为亲油性能。岩心自吸实验和储层保护实验表明该防水锁剂使岩心的自吸水质量和吸水速度降低,且降低了岩石对流体的束缚能力,有效防止外来流体对低渗储层的水锁伤害。In order to reduce the water locking damage of foreign fluid on low permeability reservoir,a fluorine-free surfactant with high fatty acids and diethanolamine as raw materials was prepared in this paper,and combined with cationic surfactant(which plays a dispersing and stabilizing role)and silicone defoamer to form a new fluorine-free waterproof locking agent.The experimental results showed that the waterproof locking agent can significantly reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution,so that the surface tension was less than 15 mN/m,and had good temperature resistance and salt resistance.Contact angle test results showed that the waterproof locking agent changed the wettability of sandstone core surface and changed the hydrophilic property into oil philicity.The core self-imbibition experiment and reservoir protection experiment showed that the waterproof locking agent can reduce the core self-absorption quality and water absorption speed,and reduce the rock's binding ability to the fluid,and effectively prevent the water locking damage of external fluid to the low permeability reservoir.
