护理团队导航模式在口腔多学科联合诊疗全周期管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理团队导航模式在口腔多学科联合诊疗中进行患者全周期管理的应用效果。方法将2021年4月至6月进行多学科联合诊疗的68例复杂病例设为对照组,实施常规就诊模式;将2021年7月至9月进行多学科联合诊疗的72例患者设为观察组,施行护理团队导航模式。比较两组患者的全周期治疗完成率及满意度。治疗结束1年后,检查患者的口腔健康状况。结果观察组患者全周期治疗的完成率、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),且1年后的牙龈探诊出血率(45.83%)、龈上牙石检出率(44.44%)、龋病发生率(12.5%)明显低于对照组(66.18%、63.24%、41.18%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理团队导航模式应用于口腔多学科联合诊疗的全周期管理,有利于促进口腔多学科联合诊疗全周期的顺利完成,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing team navigation model in the whole cycle management of patients in the multidisciplinary combined diagnosis and treatment of stomatology.Methods A total of 68 complicated cases undergoing multidisciplinary combined diagnosis and treatment from April to June 2021 were set as the control group,and routine treatment mode was implemented;A total of 72 patients undergoing multidisciplinary combined diagnosis and treatment from July to September 2021 were set as the observation group,and the nursing team navigation mode was implemented.The completion rate and satisfaction of full cycle treatment were compared between the two groups.One year after the end of the treatment,the oral health of the patients in the two groupswas examined.Results The completion rate and satisfaction rate of the whole cycle treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of gingival bleeding(45.83%),the detection rate of supragival calculus(44.44%)and the incidence of caries(12.5%)one year later were significantly lower than those in the control group(66.18%,63.24%,41.18%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of nursing team navigation model to the whole cycle management of oralmultidisciplinary combined diagnosis and treatmentis conducive to the smooth completion of the whole cycle,and is worthy of popularization and application.
