基于网络文本的生态旅游体验研究——以世界自然遗产地盐城黄海湿地条子泥景区为例

摘　　要：游客体验要素及其满意度是影响旅游目的地发展的重要因素。以世界自然遗产地黄海湿地典型景区条子泥为研究案例,借助从携程网、大众点评网、马蜂窝和穷游网收集的612条游客有效在线评价,采用社会网络分析法(SNA)和重要性-表现程度分析法(IPA)研究湿地生态旅游者的体验要素、结构及质量评价,从数据关系角度揭示湿地生态旅游体验结构及内在关联机制。SNA结果显示,湿地生态旅游者的体验结构主要包含以湿地特色活动为主的核心体验以及以生态游憩为特征的支持体验;IPA结果显示,湿地生态旅游者整体评价较高,但公共服务设施、餐饮美食等方面还有待景区管理者提升。基于此,应加强公共设施建设,拓展湿地体验区域;规划生态游憩空间,丰富餐饮美食体验;联动沿海特色村镇,促进景区互动合作。The elements of tourism experience and the visitors'degree of satisfaction are important factors influencing the development of tourist destinations.This paper is a case study on the Tiaozini(strip-shaped)Wetland Scenic Area in Yancheng city,Jiangsu province,one of the World Natural Heritage sites,which is located by the Yellow Sea.The researchers made a detailed analysis on the tourists'612 online reviews collected from the websites of Ctrip,Dianping,Mafengwo,and Qyer.The methods of Social Network Analysis(SNA)and Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)have been adopted to analyze the elements,structure,and quality evaluation of the ecotourism experience of wetland tourists.The structure of wetland ecological tourism experience and its inherent correlation have been revealed from the perspective of data relationship.The SNA analysis results indicated that the structure of the eco-tourism experience primarily consists of core experiences focused on wetland-featured activities and supportive experiences characterized by ecological recreation.The IPA analysis results showed that the wetland tourists'overall evaluations are relatively high,but there is still room for improvement in terms of public service facilities,dining experience and other aspects.Based on these findings,the researchers made the following suggestions:strengthening the construction of public facilities and expanding the wetland experience zones;planning the ecological recreational spaces and enriching the dining experiences;promoting the synergy between coastal characteristic villages,and the interaction and cooperation between surrounding scenic areas.
