摘　　要：抗日战争时期,财政经济工作是苏北抗日根据地建设的重要内容,对坚持敌后抗战、巩固苏北抗日根据地以及在财经战场打击敌人等具有重要意义。苏北抗日根据地成立银行,发展根据地金融,促进经济发展、保证合理负担,活跃市场贸易、打破日伪经济封锁,开展货币斗争、维护根据地利益,为夺取抗战的胜利作出了重要贡献。During the Anti-Japanese War,the financial and economic development constitutes an important part of the construction of the Anti-Japanese base area in northern Jiangsu Province.It is of great significance for the war behind the enemy lines,consolidating the base area in northern Jiangsu,and combating the enemy in the field of finance and economy.A series of measures have been taken in the Anti-Japanese base area of northern Jiangsu,such as the establishment of banks,the financial system,the development of production,the reasonable economic burden,the role of market,the breaking of the economic blockade by Japanese invaders and their puppets,fighting the currency war,and protecting the interests,making great contribution to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
