杂散电流强度对水泥基材料抗溶蚀性影响

摘  要:文中旨在探明不同杂散电流强度与软水溶蚀耦合作用对水泥基材料力学性能、孔溶液碱度及孔溶液Ca2+浓度的影响。通过测试不同电压强度的杂散电流与软水耦合作用下不同材料的抗压强度随溶蚀龄期变化得出研究结论,结果表明随着直流电源电压的增大,水泥基复合材料的抗压强度先下降后上升,且电压越大,强度上升的拐点出现越晚;在溶蚀前期施加电流时孔溶液pH值下降速度较慢,而后期孔溶液pH值则明显大于不施加电流的组别。The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness of the coupling of different stray current inten⁃sity and soft water dissolution on the mechanical properties of cement-based materials,the alkalinity of pore solu⁃tion,and the Ca2+concentration of pore solution.The results show that the compressive strength of cement-based composites first decreases and then increases with the increase of DC power supply voltage,in which,the higher the voltage is,the later the inflection point of strength rise.The pH value of the pore solution decrease slowly when the current is applied in the early stage of dissolution,but the pH value of the pore solution in the late stage is signifi⁃cantly greater than that in the group without current application.
