摘 要:为解决传统机械筛分法测量砂子细度模数的劳动强度大、效率低和现代图像法中砂不易分散的问题;文中采用图像分析法结合数学分析对砂浆切面进行研究,结果表明在颗粒大于4.75~9.50mm和0.15~0.29mm的颗粒少时,与筛分法测量的颗粒级配相比有较好的一致性;说明文中研究出的二维切面每组颗粒数目与规范中提出的筛分法每组颗粒数目关系的准确性。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency of measuring sand fineness modu⁃lus by traditional mechanical sieving method and the difficulty of sand dispersion in modern image method.The slice surface of the mortar is studied by the image analysis method combined with mathematical analysis.The results show that there is a good consistency compared with the particle gradation measured by the sieving method when there are fewer particles larger than 4.75~9.50mm and 0.15~0.29mm.This paper illustrates the accuracy of the rela⁃tionship between the number of particles in each group of the two-dimensional section and the number of particles in each group of the sieving method proposed in the specification.
