摘 要:相比于传统土工格栅,基于3D打印技术制作的立体格栅具有易制作、力学性质稳定的优势。文中利用改进的室内直剪仪,开展了不同横肋数量的土工格栅与不同粒径的钙质砂间的界面剪切试验,建立了合理的本构关系。结果表明界面抗剪强度及其指标随着横肋数量的增多、粒径的增大而增加,界面摩擦角集中在38°~45°范围内;构建了考虑初始剪切刚度、峰值剪切应力对应的剪切位移和表征材料损伤演化材料参数等3个因素的损伤本构模型,模型适用性较好,可用于预测界面剪切应力-剪切位移关系。Compared to traditional geogrids,three-dimensional grids made based on 3D printing technology have the advantages of easy production and stable mechanical properties.In this paper,the interface shear tests between geogrids with different number of transverse ribs and calcareous sands with different particle sizes arecarried out by using an improved indoor direct shear apparatus,from whicha reasonable constitutive relationshipis established.The results show that the interface shear strength and its indicators increase withthe number of transverse ribs and parti⁃cle size,and the interface friction angle is concentrated in the range of 38°to 45°.A damage constitutive model is constructed considering factors such as initial shear stiffness,shear displacement corresponding to peak shear stress,and material parameters characterizing material damage evolution.The model has good applicability and can be used to predict the relationship between interface shear stress and shear displacement.
