济宁市黄河滩区生态保护和高质量发展路径探析

摘　　要：济宁市黄河滩区自然生态环境优越,区域交通条件便利,产业基础良好,文化资源丰富。近年来,济宁市积极推动黄河重大国家战略落地落实,黄河滩区生态保护和高质量发展取得明显成效。但是对标对表国家和省市确定的发展目标及任务,济宁市黄河滩区在生态保护与高质量发展方面还存在一些亟待解决的问题。济宁市要提高政治站位,大力推动黄河滩区生态保护和治理工程,依托新发展理念夯实高质量发展的基础,搭建黄河滩区生态保护和高质量发展的“四梁八柱”,全力推动黄河重大国家战略在济宁落地生根。Yellow River floodplain in Jining enjoys superior natural ecological environment,good regional transportation,favorable industrial foundation and rich cultural resources.In recent years,Jining has made great achievements on implementation of major national strategy on Yellow River,ecological protection and high-quality development in Y ellow River floodplain after acting on the important instructions.However,in the Y llow River floodplain district of Jining,there are still some urgent problems to be solved on ecological protection and high-quality development according to the development goals and tasks determined by our country,provinces and cities.To build“four beams and eight pillars”for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River floodplain area,and fully promote the major national strategy of the Y llow River to take root in the city,we should improve our political position,strongly implement the ecological protection and regulation of Yellow River floodplain based on the high quality development according to new development concepts.
