银环蛇咬伤53例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合救治银环蛇咬伤患者的效果。方法对我院救治的银环蛇咬伤患者53例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果通过及时给予抗银环蛇毒血清、机械通气及止痛等综合治疗,53例患者均治愈出院,治愈率100%。结论规范使用止痛药物、抗银环蛇毒血清、机械通气等综合治疗银环蛇咬伤患者的效果显著,治愈率高,并发症少,无死亡病例。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of patients bitten by Bungarus multicinctus snake.Methods The clinical data of 53 patients bitten by Bungarus multicinctus snake in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 53 patients were cured and discharged from hospital with a cure rate of 100%after timely administration of antivenin,mechanical ventilation and analgesia.Conclusion The standard use of analgesic drugs,antivenin,mechanical ventilation and other comprehensive therapy in the treatment of patients bitten by Bungarus multicinctus snake is remarkable,the cure rate is high,the complications are few,no death cases.
