血必净注射液联合强化导泻对急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效及炎性指标、心肌损伤指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者采用血必净注射液联合强化导泻治疗的效果以及对炎性指标、心肌损伤指标的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月在我院治疗的AOPP患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予强化导泻治疗,观察组给予血必净注射液联合强化导泻治疗,比较两组的临床治疗指标、炎症指标及心肌损伤指标水平。结果观察组的胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性复常时间、意识清醒时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组各指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液联合强化导泻治疗AOPP可有效改善临床治疗指标,降低炎症因子反应,减轻心肌损伤,有利于促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with enhanced cathartic therapy on emergency patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted to collect clinical data of 40 AOPP patients who received enhanced cathartic therapy in hospitals from January 2021 to December 2022,as the control group.Clinical data of 40 AOPP patients who received Xuebijing injection combined with enhanced cathartic therapy in hospitals during the same period were also collected as the observation group.Clinical indicators,inflammatory indicators,and myocardial injury indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the recovery time of ChE activity,consciousness time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate transferase(AST),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Xuebijing injection combined with enhanced catharsis therapy in AOPP patients can regulate inflammatory indicators,reduce myocardial damage,and promote patient recovery.
