摘　　要：目的探讨微信随访在逆行输尿管软镜碎石日间手术出院患者延续性护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年9月至2022年12月在我科行逆行输尿管软镜碎石日间手术出院的患者400例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各200例。对照组采用电话随访指导,观察组采用微信随访指导,干预35 d后,比较两组患者院外延续护理的满意度、健康知识知晓率和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者院外延续护理的满意度、健康知识知晓率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者的并发症比较,观察组的血尿、泌尿系感染、疼痛、头晕发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05),而恶心呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将微信随访应用于逆行输尿管软镜碎石日间手术患者延续性护理中,可提高患者健康知识知晓率和院外延续护理的满意度,降低并发症,值得临床应用。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of wechat follow-up on patients discharged from day surgery after soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods We discharged 400 patients after retrograde soft ureteroscopic lithotripsis day surgery from September 2019 to December 2022 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 200 cases each.Follow-up content and frequency were the same in both groups.Observation group members received follow-up guidance via wechat while the control group received telephone follow-up guidance.The two groups were compared after 35 days of intervention in terms of patient satisfaction with out-of-hospital extended care,health knowledge,and complications.Results Patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of satisfaction with out-of-hospital extended care and health knowledge,satisfaction with out-of-hospital extended care and health knowledge(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in terms of hematuria,urinary tract infection,pain and dizziness(P<0.05).While the incidence of nausea and vomiting was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Wechat follow-up during day surgery can improve patients'health awareness and satisfactionwith out-of-hospital extended care with retrograde flexible ureteral lithotripsy.It can significantly reduce postoperative complications such as hematuria,urinary tract infection,pain,and dizziness.Nowadays,wechat is widely used and its promotion is highly feasible.
