重庆市泳池救生技能赛事对救生员岗位素质的影响研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查、访谈等方法对重庆市第三届游泳救生技能比赛进行调查,探究赛事对救生员岗位素质的影响。结果显示:参与者在救生常识方面救生意识占80%、救生器材使用85.26%、救生知识71.57%的得到提升;救生技术方面92%的参与者的拖带技术提升最为显著;游泳技术中潜泳技术提升较为明显占88%;80%的认为赛事提高自身的速度耐力,有61%的认为对身体协调性有所帮助,另外,赛事对救生岗位中的心腹复苏操作能力及团队协作能力都有较大的收获。建议地方上增加不同等级、全方面、不同类型的救生比赛,放低参赛门槛,全民普及和参与,促进救生员从业水平和行业安全的健康发展。Through questionnaires,interviews and other methods,the third swimming lifesaving skills competition in chongqing was investigated to explore the impact of the competition on the quality of lifeguards.The results showed that 80%of the participants had the sense of life saving,85.26%had the use of life saving equipment,and 71.57%had the knowledge of life saving.In lifesaving technology,92%of participants showed the most significant improvement in towing technology;In swimming technique,the improvement of diving technique accounted for 88%.80%of them think that the race will improve their speed endurance,61%think that it will help their physical coordination.In addition,the race will have a great harvest on the operation ability of the confidant resuscitation in the rescue post and the teamwork ability.It is suggested that different levels,all aspects and different types of lifesaving competitions should be added locally,and the entry threshold should be lowered to popularize and participate by the whole people,so as to promote the safe and healthy development of the lifeguard industry.
