摘　　要：CD8^(+)Treg因其起源、诱导条件、生理病理情况、特征性标志物以及负向调控机制的不同,具有较大异质性,据此可将CD8^(+)Treg分为多种不同表型的亚群。为深入了解CD8^(+)Treg的特性,该文基于近期的最新研究进展,针对CD8^(+)Treg各个异质性亚群的来源、谱系分化、可能的转录因子及其诱导调控机制,即异质性及其免疫生物学特性做出梳理和归纳总结。CD8^(+)Treg can be divided into a diversity of cell subsets with distinct phenotypes,whose characteristic markers have great heterogeneity due to differences in cell origins,induction methods,physiological or pathological circumstances,and negative regulation mechanisms.This paper summarizes the latest research on the heterogeneity and immunobiological properties of CD8^(+)Treg,including the origin,lineage differentiation,potential transcription factors,and the signaling pathways underlying cell differentiation and induction,thus providing a comprehensive understanding of CD8^(+)Treg.
