山西省经济高质量发展与科技创新绩效的耦合协调分析

摘　　要：在新常态背景下,中国追求经济高质量发展,科技创新是推动高质量发展的主要动力,“十四五”规划将科技创新作为首要任务之一。山西省将“转型出雏形”的战略目标写入“十四五”规划,探索改革创新,实现经济高质量发展。基于此,研究山西省经济高质量和科技创新绩效二者的耦合协调关系,针对二者耦合协调存在的问题,提出要着力提高山西省科技创新绩效、强化各地级市空间邻接效应、推动区域经济协调发展、提高整体对外开放水平。In the context of the new normal,China pursues high-quality economic development,and technological innovation is the main driving force for promoting high-quality development.The 14th Five-year Plan regards technological innovation as one of the primary tasks.Shanxi Province will incorporate the strategic goal of"transforming into a prototype"into the 14th Five-year Plan,explore reform and innovation,and achieve high-quality economic development.Based on this,the coupling and coordination relationship between high-quality economic and technological innovation performance in Shanxi Province is studied.In response to the existing problems in the coupling and coordination of the two,it is proposed to focus on improving the technological innovation performance of Shanxi Province,strengthening the spatial adjacency effect of various prefecture level cities,promoting coordinated regional economic development,and improving the overall level of opening up to the outside world.
