摘　　要：为保证非常规油气田高效安全地生产运营,借鉴石油企业的生产运营经验,通过工业互联网平台构建了由生产管理、人员管理、设备设施监控管理等先进技术三大体系组成的智能化生产运营管理平台。结合企业组织管理模式、制度规范体系的要求,采用先进技术建设了APP自助服务、生产管理、巡检管理、人员管理、资产管理、应急管理等主要维护功能,实现了人员、流程、资产的有机整合,达到提高运维效率、改善运维服务质量的目的。通过国内具体试点项目的建设和应用,积累了经验,有利于进一步提升数字气田智能化生产运营服务水平。In order to ensure the efficient and safe production and operation of unconventional oil and gas fields,an intelligent production and operation management platform consisting of three advanced technology systems,including production management,personnel management and equipment and facilities monitoring management,has been built through the industrial Internet platform by drawing on the production and operation experience of petroleum enterprises.In combination with the requirements of enterprise organization and management mode,system and standard system,advanced technologies are adopted to build APP self-service,production management,inspection management,personnel management,asset management,emergency management and other major maintenance functions,realizing the organic integration of personnel,process and assets,and achieving the purpose of improving operation and maintenance efficiency and service quality.Through the construction and application of specific pilot projects in China,experience has been accumulated,which is conducive to further improving the service level of intelligent production and operation of digital gas fields.
