摘 要:1,3-环己二酮分子中含有活泼的β-二羰基结构,常作为药物分子的关键中间体,从而在有机合成领域有着广泛的应用。催化加氢法以其收率高、反应易控、易分离、品质稳定、环境友好等特点而受到人们的重视,是目前生产1,3-环己二酮的主流方法。工业生产中主要是以Pd/C为催化剂进行选择性加氢,相比于价格相对较高的贵金属Pd,价格低廉的Pt更具优势。因此,研究Pt掺杂Pd/C催化剂具有重要的现实意义。本文以Pt掺杂Pd/C为催化剂,催化间苯二酚合成1,3-环己二酮,着重考察了反应压力、温度、催化剂组分、金属Pd含量对选择性加氢反应的影响,对未来工业化生产有一定的借鉴意义。1,3-cyclohexanedione molecules contain activeβ-the dicarbonyl structure,which was widely used as a key intermediate in drug molecules and has a wide range of applications in the field of organic synthesis.The catalytic hydrogenation method has been attracted attention due to its high yield,reaction control,easy separation,stable quality,and environmental friendliness,which was currently the mainstream method to producing 1,3-cyclohexanedione.Pd/C is mainly used as a catalyst for selective hydrogenation in industrial production,when compared to relatively expensive precious metal Pd,the low-cost Pt was more attractive.Therefore,exploring Pt doped Pd/C catalysts has important practical significance.In this paper,Pt doped Pd/C was used as catalyst to synthesize 1,3-cyclohexanedione from resorcinol.The paper focuses on estimateing the effect of reaction pressure,temperature,catalyst composition,and metal Pd content on selective hydrogenation reactions,which has certain reference significance for future industrial production.
