摘  要:首次以中药甘草废渣为原料,经化学改性后制备甘草渣羧甲基纤维素,然后与丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸双单体接枝共聚合制备吸水树脂,详细研究了各种单因素对合成的吸水树脂吸水性能的影响,得到最佳合成比例为m(羧甲基甘草渣)∶m(丙烯酸)∶m(丙烯酰胺)∶m(氢氧化钠)∶m(过硫酸钾)∶m(N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)∶m(总去离子水)=1∶5.83∶1.17∶1.62∶0.032∶0.014∶24。对合成的吸水树脂进行了吸附Cr^(6+)动、静态吸附性能研究,讨论了不同吸附时间、树脂用量、离子浓度对树脂吸附Cr^(6+)的影响,并由扫描电镜及其能谱、透射线电镜验证了Cr^(6+)在树脂上的吸附分布情况。In this paper,for the first time,the carboxymethyl cellulose of licorice residue was prepared by chemical modification of licorice residue as raw material,and then grafted and co-polymerized with double monomers-acrylamide and acrylic acid to prepare water-absorbent polymer.The effects of various single factors on the absorbent properties of the synthesized water-absorbent polymer were investigated in detail,and the optimal synthesis mass ratio was obtained as m(carboxymethylglycyrrhiza residue)∶m(acrylic acid)∶m(acrylamide)∶m(sodium hydroxide)∶m(potassium persulfate)∶m(N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide)∶m(total deionized water)=1∶5.83∶1.17∶1.62∶0.032∶0.014∶24.The effect of different adsorption time,resin dosage and ion concentration on the adsorption of heavy metal ions Cr^(6+)was discussed,and the adsorption performance of Cr^(6+)was verified by scanning electron microscopy energy spectrum and transmission electron microscopy.
