摘 要:酞菁配合物作为抗癌光敏剂的应用已取得很大进展,其中水溶性酞菁配合物被认为是一类较有前景的光敏剂。水溶性酞菁的亲水性取代基有利于光敏剂在体内的转运和代谢,显示出良好的光动力抗癌活性。目前已有水溶性酞菁衍生物进入临床试验阶段,本文重点介绍磺酸基取代和铵基取代酞菁配合物的研究进展,以期为开发新一代高效光敏剂提供参考。The application of phthalocyanin complexes as anticancer photosensitizer has made great progress,among which,water-soluble phthalocyanin complexes are considered as a promising type of photosensitizer.The hydrophilic substituents of water-soluble phthalocyanin are conducive to the transport and metabolism of photosensitizer in the body,and show good photodynamic anticancer activity.Currently,water-soluble phthalocyanin derivatives have entered the clinical trial stage.This paper focuses on the research progress of sulfonic substituent and ammonium substituent phthalocyanin complexes,which is expected to provide reference for the development of new generation efficient photosensitizers.
