摘 要:当前国家四部委联合发布政策,大力推动天然气计量的改革,天然气采取能量计量与计价势在必行。在天然气的能量计量过程中,流量计和在线色谱仪是至关重要的设备,掌握天然气能量计量系统性能评估方法并在站点开展性能评价服务很有必要。本文选取天然气能量计量过程中用于分析气体组分的气相色谱仪,按实际评价操作次序给出了其评价的具体步骤,根据校准函数的阶数来配置不同浓度的标气来进行分析,并提出了验证试验方案和色谱仪的线性检测方法,完成标气的重复分析测试后,可根据文中给出的判定方式来分析是否符合要求,该线性检测方法在GB/T 13610的基础上做了补充,可作为进行线性检测的判定指标,具有一定参考价值,便于掌握其运行状态,提升计量系统管理水平。Currently,four national ministries and commissions jointly issued policies to vigorously promote the reform of natural gas metering,natural gas to adopt energy metering and pricing is imperative.In the process of natural gas energy measurement,flowmeter and online chromatograph are crucial equipment.It is necessary to master the performance evaluation method of natural gas energy measurement system and carry out performance evaluation service in the station.In this paper,the gas chromatograph used to analyze gas components in the process of natural gas energy measurement is selected,and the specific steps of its evaluation are given according to the actual evaluation operation order.According to the order of calibration function,different concentrations of standard gas are configured for analysis,and the verification test scheme and linear detection method of chromatograph are proposed.After the repeated analysis and test of standard gas are completed,This linear detection method is a supplement to GB/T 13610.It can be used as a measurement indicator for linear detection.The above methods are convenient for managers to master the running status and improve the management level of the metering system.
