摘 要:分析了多效蒸发与MVR蒸发的技术特点,以某催化剂生产厂产生的含硫酸钠和硫酸铵的生产废水为例,根据浓缩回收要求,采用MVR+两效蒸发的工艺于该废液浓缩生产中。介绍了关键设备的计算选型依据,并跟二效蒸发、三效蒸发工艺进行了能耗的简单对比,该工艺在经济上具有明显的优势。This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of multi-effect evaporation and MVR evaporation.Taking the production wastewater containing sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate produced by a catalyst production plant as an example,according to the concentration and recovery requirements,the process of MVR+two-effect evaporation is used in the concentration production of the waste liquid.middle.The basis of calculation and selection of key equipment is introduced,and a simple comparison of energy consumption with two-effect evaporation and three-effect evaporation processes is carried out.This process has obvious advantages in economy.
