摘  要:分析了鄱阳湖铜锈环棱螺与圆顶珠蚌中微塑料与砷、汞含量的相关性。在鄱阳湖各采样位点中,铜锈环棱螺与圆顶珠蚌均受到微塑料与砷汞污染。铜锈环棱螺中砷、汞平均含量分别为221.0,11.68μg/kg。线性回归相关性分析发现其中的微塑料与砷汞含量无显著相关性。圆顶珠蚌中砷、汞平均含量分别为192.9,12.0μg/kg。线性回归相关性分析发现圆顶珠蚌中微塑料与砷含量存在显著相关性,表明微塑料可能加强了圆顶珠蚌对砷的吸附能力,有可能产生累积污染效应,微塑料与汞含量无显著相关性。在铜锈环棱螺与圆顶珠蚌样品中砷的含量明显大于汞含量。Analyzed the correlation between microplastics,arsenic,and mercury contents in the bellamya aeruginosa and the unio douglasiae in Poyang Lake.At various sampling sites in Poyang Lake,both bellamya aeruginosa and the unio douglasiae were contaminated with microplastics and arsenic mercury.The average content of arsenic and mercury in the bellamya aeruginosa is 221.0,11.68μg/kg,respectively.Linear regression correlation analysis found no significant correlation between microplastics and arsenic and mercury content.The average content of arsenic and mercury in the unio douglasiae is 192.9,12.0μg/kg,respectively.Linear regression correlation analysis found a significant correlation between microplastics and arsenic content in the unio douglasiae,indicating that microplastics may enhance the adsorption capacity of the unio douglasiae for arsenic and may produce cumulative pollution effects.There is no significant correlation between microplastics and mercury content.The arsenic content in the samples of bellamya aeruginosa and unio douglasiae is significantly higher than the mercury content.
