摘　　要：设计一种气体监测仪现场校准用动态多物质混气装置,并描述其配气使用方法,该配气装置包括设置系统、控制系统、流量系统、保护结构和混合系统。装置中的标准气气路和稀释标准气气路都配有对应的流量控制器和控制组件。该动态气体多物质配气装置整体结构简单、易操作、可控性好,且通过参数设置和系统控制能够很好地把控双路流量系统的气体流量数值,显著提高了目标混合气的浓度精度和配气速率,设备整体稳定性好、便携易带,其模块化的组件设计有利于后期的维护和清洁保养。Design a dynamic multi substance mixing device for on-site calibration of gas monitors,and describe its gas distribution method.The gas distribution device includes a setting system,control system,flow system,protection structure,and mixing system.The standard gas path and dilution standard gas path in the device are equipped with corresponding flow controllers and control components.The dynamic gas multi substance gas distribution device has a simple overall structure,easy operation,and good controllability.Through parameter settings and system control,it can effectively control the gas flow value of the dual flow system,significantly improving the concentration accuracy and gas distribution rate of the target mixture.The device has good overall stability,portability,and portability.Its modular component design is conducive to later maintenance and cleaning.
