摘 要:煤的焦化过程中释放出的含氟物质以氟化物的形式存在于剩余氨水中,焦化厂含氟污水的氟离子含量较高,对后续设备的腐蚀严重,且不能直接排放,因此焦化污水除氟工艺的研究一直是环保领域广泛关注的课题。以焦化厂含氟污水为研究对象,采用钙盐沉淀-吸附复合工艺处理焦化厂含氟污水,研究不同工艺条件对除氟效果的影响,最终使焦化厂含氟污水达到国家排放标准(GB/T 34500.1—2017),这对焦化行业环保领域有重要意义。The fluorine-containing substance released from the coking process of coal exists in the remaining ammonia water in the form of fluoride.The fluorine ion content in the coking sewage in the coking plant is relatively high,which can seriously corrode the equipment and cannot be discharged directly.Therefore,the study on the fluoride removal process of coking wastewater has been a topic of wide concern in the field of environmental protection.The fluorinated wastewater in coking plants was as the research object,calcium salt precipitation-adsorption composite process was used to treat fluorine-containing wastewater in coking plant,the influence of different process conditions on the effect of fluoride removal was investigated,Eventually,the fluorinated wastewater in the coking plant can meet the national discharge standard(GB/T 34500.1—2017).This is of great significance to the coking industry environmental protection field.
