摘  要:针对含油污泥蒸汽热解工艺存在蒸汽发生能耗高、热解气冷却所需循环水量大和废水排放量大等问题,提出了一种蒸汽循环热解处理含油污泥新流程。通过模拟计算,考察了蒸汽循环比例对饱和蒸汽发生用脱盐水量、废水量、循环冷却水量、电功率、综合能耗和单位能耗等的影响。结果表明:与蒸汽未循环流程相比,蒸汽循环流程可以显著降低饱和蒸汽发生用脱盐水量、循环冷却水量、废水量、电功率、综合能耗和单位能耗。采用蒸汽循环工艺,实现了能量物质的综合利用。A steam cycle pyrolysis process for treating oily sludge is proposed to solve the problems of high energy consumption of saturated steam generation,high consumption of recirculating cooling water for cooling pyrolysis gas,and large wastewater discharge in general steam pyrolysis process of oily sludge.The effect of steam cycle ratio on the demineralized water consumption,wastewater quantity,consumption of circulating cooling water,electric power consumption,comprehensive energy consumption and unit energy consumption are investigated based on simulation.The results show that compared with non-cyclic steam pyrolisis process,the steam cycle pyrolisis process can significantly reduce the amount of demineralized water,circulating cooling water,wastewater,and electric power required for saturated steam generation,comprehensive energy consumption and unit energy consumption.The new process makes a comprehensive utilization of energy and water resources.
