摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的提出,住宅运行阶段的高能耗、高碳排放等问题亟待解决。文章构建了一种从外部环境端、供给端、输送端、需求端出发,以感知层、传输层、控制层和应用层为基础架构,面向住宅碳排放公共、私人区域特点与能源供需关系更为精细化的碳排放智能监测控制系统,解决了住宅在运行阶段能耗与碳排放的智能监测和控制问题。该系统综合考虑了运行过程中外部环境、供应端、内部传输端与需求端的动态变化,针对住宅的特点提出了分级差异化控制模式、相应的技术措施和系统架构,设计了合理的用能管理和碳排放优化控制策略,以实现低能耗、低碳排放且满足使用需求条件下住宅的正常运行,在提高管理效率与智能化水平的同时,降低住宅运行阶段的能耗与碳排放量。With the proposal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the problems of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions in the residential operation stage need to be solved urgently.This paper constructs an intelligent monitoring and control system for carbon emission that starts from the external environment side,supply side,transmission side and demand side,with the perception layer,transmission layer,control layer and application layer as the infrastructure,which is more refined for the characteristics of public and private areas of residential carbon emissions and the relationship between the supply and demand of living energy,and solves the intelligent monitoring and control problems of energy consumption and carbon emissions in the operation stage of residential buildings.The system comprehensively considers the dynamic changes of the external environment,system supply side,internal transmission side and demand side during the operation process,proposes a hierarchical and differentiated control mode,corresponding technical measures and system architecture according to the characteristics of the residence,and designs a reasonable energy consumption management and carbon emission optimization control strategy to achieve the normal operation of the residence under the conditions of low energy consumption,low carbon emissions and meeting the use demand.While improving the management efficiency and intelligent level,the energy consumption and carbon emissions in the residential operation stage are reduced.
