摘 要:以单季茭白品种美人茭为试材,采用营养液育苗的方法,研究不同营养液配方及浓度对茭白幼苗生长的影响,以筛选出适合茭白薹管水培育苗的营养液配方及浓度。结果表明,T4(日本园试通用配方EC值2.2 mS·cm^(-1))处理的幼苗粗壮,根的数量、壮苗指数均显著高于CK;T7(丽农配方EC值1.8 mS·cm^(-1))处理的幼苗成苗数最多,为19.33株,成苗数和壮苗指数均显著高于CK;T10(禾本科配方EC值1.4 mS·cm^(-1))处理的幼苗茎粗、根较多,但成苗数较少。综合来看,T4、T7处理的茭白幼苗综合生长指标好,适合应用于茭白薹管营养液水培育苗中。The Meirenjiao was used as experimental materials to study the effects of different nutrient solution formulations and concentrations on the growth of Zizania latifolia by different nutrient solution seedling raising methods to screen the formula and concentration suitable for hydroponics seedling rearing of Zizania latifolia tube.The results showed that T4(Japanese garden trial universal formula and EC value of 2.2 mS·cm^(-1))was robust,and the number of roots,seedling index were significantly higher than CK.T7(Linong formula and EC value of 1.8 mS·cm^(-1))had the highest number of survived seedlings,which was 19.33,and the number of survived seedlings and seedling index were significantly higher than CK.T10(Gramineous formula and EC value of 1.4 mS·cm^(-1))treated seedlings with larger stems,more roots,but fewer survived seedlings.In summary,T4,T7 treatment of Zizania latifolia had thick stem,well developed roots,high seedling index,which was suitable for nutrient solution hydroponics seedling cultivation of Zizania latifolia tube.
