摘 要:羊绒、羊毛品质不仅影响绒山羊、绵羊养殖的经济效益,还影响绒毛纺织品的质量。目前已有大量的研究筛选和鉴定控制绒毛品质性状的主效基因及其表达机制。该文综述了近年来关于KRTs、KRTAPn、HOX、FGF5和ncRNA等遗传因素对绒毛品质的调控作用,为产绒及产毛羊品种的不断优化提供参考,加快遗传选育的进展。Cashmere and wool quality not only affect the economic benefits of cashmere goat and sheep breeding,but also affect the quality of wool textiles.At present,a great deal of researches have been done to screen and identify major genes and their expression mechanisms that control cashmere and wool traits.In this paper,the regulatory effects of genetic factors such as KRTs,KRTAPn,HOX,FGF5 and ncRNA on cashmere and wool quality in recent years are summarized,which lays a foundation for continuous optimization of cashmere goat and wool sheep varieties and accelerates the progress of genetic breeding.
