摘 要:基于黑白钨共生矿原矿品位低、伴生组分复杂、嵌布粒度细、选别难度大等特点,系统分析了预选抛尾工艺、重-浮联合工艺、以黑白钨矿混合浮选的主干浮选工艺、以黑白钨矿分开浮选的强化分流磁-浮和浮-磁-浮联合工艺、以新型Pb-BHA金属—有机配合物为捕收剂的浮选短流程新工艺等多种选别方法联合处理低品位复杂黑白钨矿的选矿工艺关键技术及主要选矿装备应用研究的发展情况,并提出工艺及设备发展方向。Based on the characteristics of scheelite and wolframite paragenetic ore,such as low grade of raw ore,complex associated components,fine dissemination size and difficult sorting etc.The development of key technologies of mineral processing for the combined treatment of low-grade complex wolframite and scheelite by various separation methods,such as the preconcentration tail-casting process,the combined process of gravity separation and flotation,the main flotation process of mixed flotation of scheelite and wolframite,the combined process of the enhanced shunt magnetic separation and flotation and the flotation-magnetic separation-flotation for the separate flotation of scheelite and wolframite,and the new short flotation process with the new Pb-BHA metal organic complex as the collector,etc.,are systematically analyzed.Also,the development of the applied research on main mineral processing equipment and the future development direction of process and equipment is presented.
