摘 要:为高效利用湖南某风化型钨矿资源,对其开展了详细的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,矿石中可供选矿回收的有价元素为钨;钨矿物以白钨矿为主;白钨矿的嵌布粒度分布不均匀,常呈半自形晶嵌布在透辉石、石榴石、云母、滑石、石英、萤石等脉石矿物中。黏土类脉石矿物(金云母、高岭土、绿泥石、滑石等)含量很高,易泥化,对选矿指标有较大的影响。针对该矿石特点,采用“预先脱泥—硫化矿浮选—白钨常温粗选—钨粗精矿加温搅拌精选”工艺流程,最终获得钨精矿WO3品位44.82%、回收率46.88%的选矿技术指标,实现了该类型钨矿的有效回收。To efficiently utilize a weathered tungsten ore resource in Hunan,a detailed study on the technological mineralogy and mineral processing was conducted.The results of the technological mineralogy research indicate that the valuable element for mineral processing recovery in the ore is tungsten;the tungsten mineral is primarily scheelite.The distribution of the dissemination size of scheelite is uneven,often presenting as subhedral crystals disseminated in gangue minerals such as diopside,garnet,mica,talc,quartz,and fluorite.Clay gangue minerals(phlogopite,kaolin,chlorite,talc,etc.)are high in content and prone to sliming,which has a great impact on mineral processing index.Based on the characteristics of this ore,a process flow of"preliminary desliming-sulfide ore flotation-scheelite roughing at room temperature-heating,stirring and cleaning of tungsten rough concentrate"was adopted,ultimately achieving mineral processing technical index of a tungsten concentrate WO3 grade of 44.82%and a recovery rate of 46.88%,realizing the effective recovery of this type of tungsten ore.
