摘 要:某细粒难选钨矿石原矿WO_(3)品位为1.56%,矿石中钨矿物主要为黑钨矿,黑钨矿以细粒嵌布为主,采用重选工艺回收钨资源困难。为实现黑钨矿高效回收,提高资源利用率,研究采用磁浮联合选矿工艺回收黑钨矿。结果表明:采用强磁选预先抛尾—强磁选粗精矿浮选脱硫—脱硫钨精矿脱磁处理后弱磁选除铁—除铁钨精矿强磁选精选工艺可获得高品质钨精矿。全流程试验获得WO_(3)品位61.48%、含硫0.04%、含铁6.72%,WO_(3)回收率85.74%的钨精矿;获得铁品位为64.97%、含硫0.05%,铁回收率60.64%的铁精矿。The WO_(3) grade of a fine-disseminated refractory tungsten ore is 1.56%,and wolframite is the main mineral in the ore,and wolframite is mainly disseminated with fine particles.Thus,it is difficult to recover tungsten resources by gravity separation process.For an efficient recovery of wolframite and improve the utilization rate of resources,this paper studies the magnetic levitation combined beneficiation process.The results show that high-quality tungsten concentrate can be obtained by using the high-intensity magnetic separation pre-tailing-high-intensity magnetic separation flotation desulfurization-demagnetization treatment of desulfurized tungsten concentrate followed by low-intensity magnetic separation iron removal-iron removal of tungsten concentrate.Tungsten concentrate with WO_(3) grade of 61.48%,sulfur content of 0.04%,iron content of 6.72%and WO_(3) recovery rate of 85.74%was obtained by the whole process test.The iron concentrate with the iron grade of 64.97%,sulfur content of 0.05%and iron recovery rate of 60.64%was obtained.
