摘 要:光催化技术可以直接利用清洁的太阳能催化降解污染物,污染物矿化程度高,在环境修复和催化领域具有显著优势。金属氧化物作为光催化剂存在禁带宽度大、空穴-电子对复合率高等缺点限制了其应用。近年来,MXene由于具有良好的电子迁移能力、环境稳定性、层结构丰富和比表面积大等特点,在作为改性金属氧化物光催化剂上具有潜在优势。首先概述了MXene的制备方法,包括氢氟酸刻蚀法、氟化物刻蚀法、碱刻蚀法、盐酸水热刻蚀法、路易斯酸刻蚀法、电化学刻蚀法、化学气沉降法以及高温分解法等;其次介绍了MXene材料表面终端活性官能团、分散性和化学稳定性;然后综述了MXene/金属氧化物光催化剂的作用机理,包括金属氧化物光催化机理、MXene/金属氧化物光催化增强机理;然后介绍了MXene/金属氧化物光催化剂在光催化降解药物和染料领域的应用以及催化稳定性,最后对MXene/金属氧化物光催化剂存在的问题进行展望,以期能够为高效光催化剂的设计和水处理应用提供理论支撑。Photocatalytic technology shows significant advantages in environmental remediation and catalysis due to use clean solar energy directly and highly mineralization of pollutants.Metal oxides photocatalysts have the disad⁃vantages of a large band gap and high hole-electron recombination.In recent years,MXene have potential applica⁃tions in the modification of metal oxide with advantages of good electron transfer ability,environmental stability,rich layer structure and large specific surface area.In this paper,the preparation methods of MXene were firstly out⁃lined,including hydrofluoric acid etching,fluoride etching,alkali etching,hydrochloric acid hydrothermal etching,Lewis acid etching,electrochemical etching,chemical vapor deposition and high temperature decomposition method.Secondly,the surface functional groups,dispersibility and chemical stability were introduced.Then,photo⁃catalytic mechanism of MXene/metal oxide photocatalysts was reviewed,including photocatalytic mechanism of metal oxide,photocatalytic activity enhanced mechanism of MXene/metal oxide.Moreover,applications of MXene/metal oxide photocatalysts were introduced,including the photocatalytic degradation of pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs)and dyes,and the photo-stability.Finally,the existing problems of MXene/metal oxide photocatalysts were prospected,which could provide the theoretical supporting for design of efficient photocatalysts and water treatment applications.
