基于“分消走泄”法运用温胆汤加减联合308nm准分子光治疗儿童白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察基于“分消走泄”法应用温胆汤加减联合308nm准分子光在儿童白癜风临床治疗中的确切疗效。方法将66例儿童白癜风患者,根据随机数字表法将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组33例。治疗组(33例,脱落1例)予以温胆汤加减口服2次/d,308nm准分子光2次/周照射治疗;对照组(33例,脱落2例)予以308nm准分子光2次/周照射治疗,疗程12周;比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后的皮损面积、中医证候积分、儿童皮肤病生活质量评分(CDLQI评分)、血清炎性指标(IL-6、IL-17)水平。结果本研究结果表明基于“分消走泄”法应用温胆汤加减联合308nm准分子光治疗儿童白癜风治疗组临床总有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的67.74%(P<0.05);治疗组中医症候积分、CDLQI评分、IL-6及IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“分消走泄”法应用温胆汤加减联合308nm准分子光治疗儿童白癜风疗效确切,并可调节细胞因子水平,可作为儿童及青少年白癜风的临床用药。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan decoction combined with 308nm Excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo in children based on the method of"Fen Xiao Zou xie".Methods 66 children with vitiligo were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group According to the random number table method,33 cases in each group.The treatment group(33 cases,1 case dropped off)was treated with Wendan decoction orally twice a day and 308nm excimer light irradiation twice a week.The control group(33 cases,2 cases dropped off)were treated with 308nm excimer light twice a week irradiation for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion area,TCM syndrome score,children's skin disease quality of life score(CDLQI score),and serum inflammatory indicators(IL-6,IL-17)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The total effective rate of Wendan decoction combined with 308nm excimer light based on the"FenXiaoZouXie"method inthe treatment group was 90.63%,which was higher than 67.74%of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,CDLQI score,IL-6 and IL-17 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Wendan Decoction combined with 308nm excimer light based on“FenXiaoZouXie”method is effective in the treatment of vitiligo in children and adolescents.It can regulate the levels of cytokines and can be used as a clinical drug for vitiligo in children and adolescents.
