基于温度敏感TRP通道探讨益气温阳法治疗心衰的生物学机制

摘　　要：温度敏感TRP通道包括热敏感受体和冷敏感受体,是人体感受温度的基础,与心衰的发生和进展密切相关。益气温阳法是中医治疗心衰的首要治法,基于该治法的各种中药及组方被证明能够有效拮抗心衰进程,但其作用机制是否与靶向调控温度敏感TRP通道有关,至今未知。文章基于TRP通道温度敏感受体与心衰的相关研究以及中医治法基本理论,提出中医益气温阳法治疗心衰或与激活部分保护性的热敏感通道受体、抑制部分不良的冷敏感通道受体相关。该过程可能还涉及益气温阳法通过调控温度敏感TRP通道,从而改善心衰后的心肌能量代谢和心肌收缩力。结合离子通道领域相关新技术,文章还提出了未来的研究新方向。Thermo-TRPs are the basis of human body to feel temperature.It includes heat-sensitive ion channels and cold-sensitive ion channels,which plays an important role in heart failure and its development.The therapy of benefiting Qi and war-ming Yang is a primary treatment on heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine.It has been proved that various traditional Chi-nese herbs and compounds based on the treatment of benefiting Qi and warming Yang were effective in therapy of heart failure.However,whether its mechanism is related to thermos-TRPs is unknown.Based on studies of thermos-TRPs and heart failure combined with theory of traditional Chinese medicine,we put forward that the benefiting Qi and warming Yang therapy against heart failure is related to activate some of beneficial heat-sensitive ion channels and inhibit some of adverse cold-sensitive ion channels.In addition,the therapy may be also involved in regulating thermo-TRPs thereby indirectly improving myocardial ener-gy metabolism and contractility after HF.We also propose a new research orientation about traditional Chinese medicine linking with new technology of ion channels domain in the future.
