In order to study the effects of different fertilization modes on soil nutrients under different irrigation conditions,a splitplot experiment design was adopted. The main irrigation areas were drip irrigation under film and flood irrigation. The changes of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium contents in soil were studied by using no fertilizer, conventional fertilizer, conventional fertilizer+biological fertilizer, and conventional fertilizer+nitrogen synergist. The results showed that the contents of soil organic matter, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium under drip irrigation were higher than those under flood irrigation, and the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium under conventional fertilization and bio-organic fertilizer under the same irrigation condition were the highest, indicating that during in-service maize production, the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were the highest.A combination of submembrane drip irrigation and conventional fertilization+biological fertilizer can be used to increase soil nutrient content.
