摘　　要：为降低卷烟烟丝中的梗签含量,提高制丝车间叶丝风选机的在线梗签剔除能力,对叶丝风选前输送振槽进行了创新改进,分别以叶丝风选机的梗签剔除量、含签烟支率、整丝率、感官质量等对改进振槽进行效果评价,评价结果表明:相比原振槽,改进后叶丝风选梗签剔除量由36.31 kg提高至45.54 kg,含签烟支率由26%降低至18%,烟丝整丝率水平略低于对改进前烟丝整丝率水平。In order to reduce the stalk content in cigarette cut tobacco and improve the online stalk removal capability of the shredded leaf air sorter in the silk-making workshop,innovative improvements were made to the conveying vibrating trough before the shredded shredded shreds air separator.The effect of the improved vibrating trough was evaluated by the removal of stem sticks,the percentage of cigarettes with sticks,the rate of whole silk,and the sensory quality.The evaluation results show that:compared with the original vibrating trough,the amount of stalk sticks removed by the air-selected leaf silk after the improvement is increased by 36.31 kg to 45.54 kg,the rate of cigarettes with sticks was reduced from 26%to 18%,and the level of whole cut tobacco was slightly lower than the level of the whole cut tobacco before the improvement.
