西藏山羊与柴达木山羊精液品质分析研究

摘　　要：选择饲养管理水平、年龄和采精频率等条件一致的西藏山羊和柴达木山羊共30只,按常规方法采集精液,并对二者精液品质进行分析研究。结果表明,柴达木山羊的鲜精活力为70.33±3.40%,西藏山羊鲜精活力69±6.38%;柴达木山羊的冻精活力为37.18±5.67%,西藏山羊冻精活力为35.54±2.88%,不论是柴达木山羊的鲜精还是解冻后精子的活力都显著高于西藏山羊(P<0.05)。柴达木山羊精液量、精子密度和精子顶体完整率均略高于西藏山羊,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);柴达木山羊精子畸形率略低于西藏山羊,差异不显著(P>0.05)。A total of 30 Tibetan and Qaidam goats with the same breeding management level,age and frequency of semen collection were selected to collect semen by routine methods,and the semen quality of the two kinds of goats were analyzed.The results showed that the fresh semen activity of Qaidam goats was 70.33±3.40%,the fresh semen activity of Tibetan goats was 69±6.38%;the frozen essence activity of Qaidam goats was 37.18±5.67%,and the frozen semen activity of Tibetan goats was 35.54±2.88%,The sperm motility of both fresh and thawed Chaidamu goats was significantly higher than that of Tibetan goats(P<0.05).the semen volume,sperm density and acrosome integrity of Chaidamu goats were slightly higher than those of Tibetan goats,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05);the sperm malformation rate of Qaidam goats was slightly lower than that of Tibetan goats,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
