摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义人权观的核心要义在于坚持人民主体地位原则,坚持以人民为中心的人权理念。我国民法典充分体现了习近平法治思想中“以人民为中心”的丰富内涵。The core essence of the human rights concept of the new era of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics lies in adhering to the principle of the people's subjectivity and the human rights concept of putting the people at the center.
