摘　　要：新时代要求全社会加强质量管理,推动高质量发展,实施警务保障全面质量管理是题中应有之义。将全面质量管理理论引入警务保障工作,以PDCA循环理论为依据,从标准制定、全员参与、信息管理与资源调度、测量检验、质量责任、运行成果、教育培训构建警务保障全面质量管理评价指标体系,系统分析我国警务保障全面质量管理现状和存在的质量文化建设弱化、全员参与度低、质量监督不到位、信息化建设程度较低、绩效管理不科学等问题,进而提出加强质量文化建设、注重全员参与、强化质量监督、推进信息化建设、改进绩效管理等警务保障质量管理对策。The new era requires the whole society to strengthen quality management,promote high-quality development,and implement the total quality management of police security.This paper introduces the theory of total quality management into the police security work,and constructs the evaluation index system of total quality management for police security based on the PDCA theory from the standard formulation,full participation,information management and resource scheduling,measurement and inspection,quality responsibility,operation results,education and training.It also systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems such as the weakening of quality culture construction,low participation,inadequate quality supervision,low degree of information construction,and unscientific performance management,and then puts forward countermeasures of strengthening quality culture construction,focusing on full participation,enhancing quality supervision,promoting information construction,and improving performance management.
