摘　　要：随着网络生态体系的形成和不断发展,执法环境信息化、网络化程度逐渐增强,警察作为重要的执法主体,职业能力素质应当与网络时代的发展相适应,提升网络技能应用水平成为必然要求。公安教育培训作为民警提升职业能力的主要渠道,在如何开展网络技能应用方面尚未有明晰规定,在培训课程、考核导向设置等方面还没有建立完全成熟的机制。通过研究完善课程设置、调整考核导向及培养网络技能应用专业师资队伍等措施,从网络生态体系角度探讨公安网络技能培训路径,形成符合信息化建设需要的公安教育培训体系,为提升民警网络技能应用水平提供有力保障。With the formation and continuous development of the network ecosystem,the degree of information and network in law enforcement environments has gradually increased.As important law enforcement agencies,the professional ability and quality of police officers should be adapted to the development of the cyber age.It is an inevitable requirement to enhance their skills in network technology application.Public security education and training is the main channel to improve police professional ability,but there are no clear regulations on how to carry out network technology application,and no mature mechanism in terms of training course,assessment guidance,etc.Therefore,it is beneficial to discuss the public security network skills training path from the perspective of network ecosystem by studying how to improve course settings,adjust assessment guidance and cultivate professional teachers in network technology application.In the end,we will formulate an education and training system that meets the needs of information construction,so as to provide strong support for improving the application level of network skills of police officers.
