摘 要:某试验用车进行路试时,出现换挡不平顺及有顿挫的感觉,为解决该问题,针对两参数自动变速器(AMT)换挡规律,采用AVL Cruise软件建模并选取Cruise自带的新欧洲工况路谱(NEDC)进行仿真,得出变速箱原始换挡规律曲线,然后针对AMT换挡规律进行优化,将优化后的数据导入控制器并生成新的换挡规律曲线,较之前的换挡规律更加平顺。实践证明,采用新的换挡规律参数来控制换挡,汽车加速更加顺畅并能减少油耗。During the road test of a test vehicle,there is a feeling of uneven shift and frustration.In order to solve the problem,aiming at the shift law of two-parameter automatedmanual transmission(AMT),the AVL Cruise software is used to model and the New European Driving Cycle(NEDC)of Cruise is selected for simulation,the original shift curve of the gearbox is obtained,and then the shift law of AMT is optimized.The optimized data is introduced into the controller and a new shift law curve is generated,which is smoother than the previous shift law.Practice has proved that by using the new shift law parameters to control the shift,the car accelerates more smoothly and can reduce fuel consumption.
