中生菌素在我国发明专利的申请现状分析

摘　　要：中生菌素是由淡紫灰链霉菌海南变种(Streptomyces lavendulue Var.Hainanensis)发酵液中获得的农用抗生素,其具有广谱的杀菌活性,对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、分支杆菌、酵母菌及丝状真菌等都具有很好的抑制或杀死作用。该文梳理统计分析其专利申请量、申请趋势、重点专利,并对主要申请人、技术主题等进行分析,以期为后续发展提供有益的参考价值。Zhongshengmycin is an agricultural antibiotic obtained from the fermentation broth(Streptomyces lavendulue Var.Hainanensis),which has broad-spectrum bactericidal activity.It has a good inhibitory or killing effect on Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria,mycobacteria,yeasts and filamentous fungi.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the number of patent applications,application trends,key patents,and analyzes the main applicants and technical themes,in order to provide useful reference value for follow-up development.
